How does shipping work?
Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5 to 12 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can follow your order anytime on our Track Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most countries worldwide.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Taxes and duties are included in the price for the countries we ship to, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start preparing orders quickly, so changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. If you need to update anything, email us as soon as possible at support@carryhopeco.com and we'll do our best to help.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier right away.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. Please wait 2 to 3 days and check with neighbours and your local post office. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll help you find a solution.

I'm missing an item from my order.
Items from the same order may ship in separate packages. Check your email for more than one tracking number. If something is still missing, let us know.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll resend it.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalized pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. See our full Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
We're so sorry. Please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
